The spray booth's exhaust air units feature double-inlet centrifugal fans with pulley drive and a single
motor power of 11KW, providing a total airflow of 4000m³/h and a no-load wind speed of 0.25m/s.
The exhaust manual adjustment dampers allow for precise control of airflow, ensuring effective
removal of fumes and contaminants. These exhaust units maintain a clean and safe environment
within the spray booth, essential for high-quality paint application.

The large-size automobile spray booth is designed to meet diverse needs with top-notch technical specifications
and adaptable features. The interior dimensions are 6900 × 3900 × 2650 mm (L × W × H),(COULD BE CUSTOMIZED)
while the exterior measures 7000 × 5350 × 3400 mm (L × W × H). (COULD BE CUSTOMIZED)The sturdy basement
features galvanized sheet bending hoarding, supported by square tubes and a floor grille, ensuring an overall load-bearing
capacity of 2.4T, adjustable as needed.
The main front door, 3000 × 2600mm (W×H), has three leaves with square tempered glass windows and EPS filling.
An additional working door, sized 800×2000mm (W×H), includes a pressure lock and observation window.
The booth’s EPS wall panels and galvanized sheet roof provide robust insulation, with optional materials available.
The lighting system delivers over 1000Lux with 32 top and 16 waist LED lamps. The air unit efficiently manages
intake and exhaust, aided by a Riello RG5S burner for optimal heating. The comprehensive filtration system ensures
a clean working environment, while the electronic control system offers precise operational control. Total power
